Luis Eymard C. Javier earned his Bachelor’s in Biology at the University of Santo Tomas and his Bachelor’s in Nursing at St. Rita College of Nursing. He earned his Master’s in Nursing at Duquesne University. He has lived in the Philippines, Taiwan, and various cities across the United States before settling in the Seattle area.
